DODSON of the County of Allen and State of Kentucky my true and lawful attorney ....for the special purpose of attending to my lands within the County of Allen aforesaid.......I do hereby further authorize and empower my said attorney Elisha DODSON....to sell and convey all my land within the County of Allen aforesaid containing by survey 450 acres ...deeded to me Sept. 3, 1800. July 30, 1816. Between Moses J. BONNER and Archibald SATTERFIELD both of Allen County and State of Kentucky..., Johnson J. COCKRILL of the County and State aforesaid of the second part and William WALKER of the town of Nicholasville and State aforesaid by John WALKER his agent of the town of Scottville of the third part.... Moses J. BONNER and Archibald SATTERFIELD hath become indebted to the said William WALKER for the purchase of merchandise from his said agent John WALKER in the sum of $1205.67......The said Moses J. BONNER on his part for the purpose aforesaid had ....sold...unto the said John J. COCKRILL in trust to secure the payment...to the said WALKER, 100 acres of land situated in the aforesaid County of Allen, being land deeded to the said BONNER by Martha MARTIN.......And the said Moses J. BONNER..had sold...unto the said Johnson J. COCKRILL in trust... one other tract or parcel of land situated in the aforesaid County Allen containing 50 acres.
