John Johnson took oath of Constable. Security was James Stark, Henry and Charles M. Johnson. Isaac N. Williams and Thomas T. Williams made oath that James McElroy of Allen County, late a pensioner of the United States died February 9, 1848. He drew pension of $80 per annum, that the said certificate is not numbered, is dated Oct. 18, 1833. He left no widow and William B. and James McElroy are his executors. Settlement of John Benedict, guardian to Beniller Ashford.
